Day 3 on the burpee challenge. My main goal was to see how far my body can go on this journey and it’s getting in to where I need to rest for next day(maybe).
The important is that u need to have a rest day for your body to recover the strength and muscles that you have work on it and same goes to me so always listen to your body. Slowly but surely.
